Warranty Claim Request
Subject to the exclusions contained below, PTS Syndicate (America), LLC warrants the products sold through PTS Syndicate (America) Authorized Dealers in the United States to be free from manufacturer defects in materials and workmanship under normal consumer usages for 90 days.
PTS Syndicate (America), LLC, at its option, will at no charge repair or replace products that do not conform to this warranty. We may use functionally equivalent reconditioned/refurbished or new Products, Accessories or parts.
This warranty extends only to the first consumer purchaser, and is non transferable.
Shipping. Shipping costs, both to and from, is not covered by PTS Syndicate and is the responsibility of the product owner.
Abuse & Misuse. Defects or damage that result from: (a) improper operation, storage, misuse or abuse, accident or neglect, such as physical damage (cracks, scratches, etc.) to the surface of the product resulting from misuse; (b) contact with liquid, water, rain, extreme humidity or heavy perspiration, sand, dirt or the like, extreme heat, or food; (c) use of the Products for commercial purposes or subjecting the Product or Accessory to abnormal usage or conditions; or (d) other acts which are not the fault of PTS Syndicate are excluded from coverage.
Unauthorized Service or Modification. Defects or damages resulting from service, testing, adjustment, installation, maintenance, alteration, or modification in any way by someone other than PTS Syndicate are excluded from coverage. This includes removal or alteration of the orange safety tip. Products or Accessories that show evidence of tampering are excluded from coverage.

If it is determined that a return is necessary, you will be issued a Return Authorization via a reply email. Send a copy of your RMA email, a copy of your original purchase receipt, and a check made payable to PTS Syndicate for $10 return shipping along with your defective product. Be sure your full contact information (name, address, phone number, and email) is with your RMA product.
For returns of your purchase for refund, please notify us first at Americaemail@example.com. Attach your purchase receipt and describe your reason for return. Returns are only accepted if in new condition with original packaging. Returns are subject to a 10% restocking fee. Cost of shipping returns is the responsibility of the customer.
